Reflecting on teaching is a key component of scholarship for educators. MU encourages reflection by requiring that faculty complete a Self-Reflection of Teaching for their annual review each year. This Workshop will guide instructors through the creation of the MU-supported self-reflection. We will discuss the purpose of and possible content that may be included in each component. During the workshop, participants will outline their 2024 Self-Reflection of Teaching while supported by a community of colleagues who can provide ideas and answer questions.

By the end of this session, participants will...
1. Explain the purpose of the Teaching Self-Reflection.
2. Compare the 4 Dimensions of Teaching used in the Self-Reflection.
3. Have an outline/rough draft of their own Teaching Self-Reflection for 2024.
