Teaching Toolkit - Becoming a Teacher-Mentor: Cultivating Mutual Respect and Reciprocity Online

Whether we’re faculty, instructors, or staff involved in the teaching endeavor, this session should be informative for anyone who acts as a formal or informal mentor to students. Together, we’ll reflect on how we can build professional relationships that honor students’ capabilities, experiences, and goals. We’ll discuss establishing norms, providing growth-oriented feedback, and drafting a mentorship plan.
