AI Game Lab: Turning Course Content into Interactive Learning Experiences In-Person

This hands-on, live interactive session shows instructors how to use AI tools to turn course material into playful, game-based learning moments. You’ll explore practical templates, see examples of AI supported games, and learn prompt engineering techniques that help create challenges, quests, and interactive activities that boost engagement. We will brainstorm ideas together, design game elements as a live and activated experience, and build approaches that support experiential learning while still aligning with your course goals.

Participants will be able to describe ways AI can support game based and experiential learning activities and use prompt engineering techniques to generate interactive game elements tied to their course content. They will design live, activated learning experiences that increase student engagement and develop AI supported game elements that align with their instructional goals.
