SUMMARY:Review of Teaching: Summative Peer Reviewer Training Follow-up Workshop
DESCRIPTION:\n\n\nSummative Peer Review is one of the three forms of 
 evidence used to evaluatate teaching at Mizzou. It is also a critical part 
 of professional development in teaching. This in-person workshop is Part 2 
 of the Summative Peer Reviewer Training. Part 1 is an online training which 
 can be completed on Canvas prior to this workshop 
 (https://umsystem-tlc.catalog.instructure.com/courses/summative-peer-review-training). 
 In this workshop\, participants will have an opportunity to ask questions 
 about the summative peer review process as well as get practice with the 
 campus-supported peer review process and instruments.\n\n\n\n\nFollowing 
 this session\, participants should be able to:\n- Use the campus-approved 
 system to complete summative peer reviews of teaching.\n- Use the ARCH 
 method to engage colleagues in affirming and constructive conversations 
 about their teaching.
