SUMMARY:Student Preparedness: Teaching to Bridge the Gap
DESCRIPTION:We’ll focus on strategies for teaching students who arrive to 
 our courses with varied levels of preparedness and prior knowledge and 
 consider how to design learning environments that address these differences 
 while maintaining academic rigor. Attendees will have an opportunity to 
 describe a few key components of student preparedness\, identify strategies 
 to support students’ development in those areas\, and access helpful
