Teaching Essentials Session 1: Creating an Environment of Trust and Belonging In-Person
Join us for a new semester of Teaching Essentials. This workshop series, primarily for new and early career instructors, will address teaching, learning, and assessment evidence-based practices to help all students learn and succeed in every class. We’ll present theory and strategies for online and in-person classes across the disciplines.
Session 1: Creating an Environment of Trust and Belonging
We can create in-person and online learning environments which welcome and include all students. Doing so predicts academic achievement, persistence, and success, and also tops up our well-being, too.
