Teaching Essentials Session 4: Effective Assessment and Grading Strategies In-Person
Join us for a new semester of Teaching Essentials. This workshop series, primarily for new and early career instructors, will address teaching, learning, and assessment evidence-based practices to help all students learn and succeed in every class. We’ll present theory and strategies for online and in-person classes across the disciplines.
Session 4: Effective Assessment and Grading Strategies
Inclusive grading that promotes equitable student learning is key to student success. We'll consider assessment strategies that don't burden faculty with an overwhelming grading load.
