Mindfulness CoP: Tea Tasting and Mindful Teaching Discussion In-Person
Join us for a Tea Tasting and Mindful Teaching Discussion, where we’ll slow down to taste teas and fully engage our senses with intention. This practice fosters presence and awareness, helping to quiet the mind and cultivate a deeper connection to the moment—paralleling the focus and attentiveness we aim to bring to teaching, which we will reflect on at the end of the session.
